A Blank Canvas for Every Occasion

Because when you book both studios, the entire space is gloriously, joyfully yours. Host a chic baby shower with brunch tables, a gift‑opening lounge, and a mocktail bar on one side—while the other is dedicated to games, cozy photo corners, or light dancing for the mother‑to‑be. Arrange baby showers, bridal showers, and intimate wedding receptions across alcove, lounge, and main‑floor breakout zones—embracing every moment that celebration calls for.

For a wedding, imagine seated dining along the sparkling wall (Studio A) with floral‑draped long tables and soft lighting, while Studio B pulses with music and movement beneath our brick‑accented ceiling drapes. Position dining and the dance floor separately, but within sight and earshot, to keep guests engaged and prevent drift between zones.

Planning a birthday gathering? Let the lounge serve cake, seated toasts, and mingling in an elegant “cocktail‑style” arrangement, while a vibrant dance or karaoke stage blooms in Studio B - Dinner takes place in A and Studio B opens into rhythmic celebration.

Treat our studios as your blank canvas: brown-sugar macarons from your favorite bakery, BBQ from that local Texas pitstop, or your aunt’s famous enchiladas—no food police, no fussy rules. Your signature cocktails, sparkling wine, or hand-churned mocktails? Totally welcome (just skip the ones with glitter in the label, pretty please). Want silk linens in chartreuse or hydrangea centerpieces from your favorite blooms? They’ll fit beautifully on our hardwood floors and under the twinkling drapes.

We offer rental linens, drapes, balloon arches, and décor packages at in-house prices—but the vibe stays fully yours. Our philosophy? You bring the essence of celebration, and we’ll provide the space to set it free. There's a growing trend toward BYO celebration spaces that give hosts full catering and décor freedom, and we proudly lean into it—so your event can be as unique and authentic as your vision feels.

A smooth, ADA‑compliant ramp entrance leads right to our front door, meaning you never have to wrestle with Chicago’s historic stoop stairs or tight alley hauling. Customization & Extras

We offer an array of add-ons—from curated décor packages to drape upgrades, linens, specialty audio equipment, and more. And if you’re dreaming up something totally unique, just let us know. If you can imagine it, we’ll find a way to make it happen.

Here’s how to make everything official:

1. Book a tour (Tuesdays/Thursdays are best for us, but if that doesn’t work for you, just let us know and we’ll figure it out!)
Drop in for a visit during one of our dedicated times—typically Tuesday or Thursday evenings—and let the space speak to your vision.

2. Receive and return your contract + incidental deposit.
Once your date feels right, we’ll email over a contract. When you sign it and send back your incidental deposit, your date is officially held!

3. Full rent due 30 days prior to your event.
Thirty calendar days before your event, your full rental balance (including linens, drapes, balloon arch and any add‑ons you’ve selected) becomes due.
