+ What is the capacity?

  • Seated comfortably at banquet tables - 60 - 80 per space

+ What is the hourly rate?

  • For event rentals, parties, weddings, showers price starts at $140 per hour (Friday/Sunday) and $150 per hour (Saturdays). 

  • Additional charges are added for larger parties and add-ons.

+ Can we bring our own...?

Yes: catering, decorators, extra furniture, DJs, live music, drinks are all welcome

+ What is included with a party rental?

  • 2 large event spaces
  • Use of full kitchen: Stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink
  • 8 - 6ft banquet tables
  • 100 white chairs
  • 10 high top tables
  • 1 couch
  • Wall of curtains with lights in each studio
