To secure your event date, a damage/overage deposit is required. This deposit is separate from your rental fee and is fully refundable between 2 days and 2 weeks after your event, provided there are no damages, overages, excessive cleaning or additional costs incurred.
Your full rental payment is due separately via Zelle/QuickPay or Peerspace one month before your event. If your event is scheduled within the next month, payment is due immediately.
Please note: incidental deposits are non‑refundable in the event of cancellation.
