Please select class dates you will attend in April

Class Scheduling & Attendance

Please review your schedule each month and select all dates you plan to attend.
If you do not select a date, you will not be charged for that class.
If you do select a date and do not attend, you will be charged.
If you do not fill out the monthly survey, we will assume you are attending all classes and you will be charged accordingly.
If you plan to miss an entire month, you must still submit the survey and leave all dates unselected.
If you did not select a date but later want to attend, email info@swaydancechicago.com first to confirm the class is running. If space allows, you may attend and will be charged.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

If you cannot attend a class you signed up for, you must email info@swaydancechicago.com at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
Do not report absences via social media, text, or phone calls.
Missed classes cannot be made up.

Class Minimums & Cancellations

Classes with fewer than 6 students enrolled will be canceled.
Cancellation notices will be sent via email.

Punch Cards & Payment

Ongoing classes operate on an electronic punch card system.
Punch cards are $130 for 10 hours.
Attendance is tracked by instructors.
Once your 10 hours are used, you will be invoiced or notified to purchase another package.
Punch cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be shared (one per person only).
No refunds are given for unused hours if you stop attending.
Preferred payment method: Quickpay/Zelle to info@swaydancechicago.com.

Class Access & Eligibility

Permission is required to attend Intermediate Salsa/Bachata (Chicago), Intermediate Swing (Chicago), Level 2 Salsa/Bachata (Brookfield), and Intermediate Latin (Brookfield).
Performance group members may attend any listed classes.

Additional Notes

All classes are one hour long unless otherwise specified.
Attendance planning is important so instructors can prepare appropriately and students get the most out of each class.
