Slow Flow Yoga

Discover the Joy of Movement in Brookfield!

This gentle flow yoga class combines a slower-paced flow class with restorative elements to relax and renew. The two types of yoga together create a balanced class of movement and stillness. This class is ideal for both the beginner and seasoned practitioner. Participants should  bring their own yoga mat.

And just when you think you’ve found your zen, don’t be surprised if a wagging tail or tiny snout pops up on your mat! This teacher often sprinkles in puppy yoga — that’s right, adorable little pups may wander in for cuddles, curious nose-boops, and a few playful interruptions as you stretch and breathe. Expect laughter, unexpected furry “assistants,” and extra joy woven into your practice — it’s yoga plus puppy love, making your flow not only restorative but unforgettable!

Time: 2nd and 4th Saturday, 8:45AM - 9:45AM
Starting: January 24th
Cost: $130 for 10 classes or $16 per single class
