Job description:

Now Hiring at Sway Dance for locations in Chicago and Brookfield

We’re expanding our team!
Sway Dance is a social dance studio looking for our next great instructor (or instructor-in-training). No ballroom, Latin, or swing experience? No problem. If you’ve got a solid foundation in dance and a willingness to learn, we’ll teach you the rest!

Our studio is looking especially to bring on male instructors to help provide balanced partnering options and a well-rounded experience for our students.

This is a part-time position with paid training.

What we are looking for:
General dance experience
Big personality, zero ego
Nerdy, silly, humble vibes
Reliable schedule & great communication
Independent learner who takes initiative
A love for fun, connection, and community

Extra hours available for social media, website development, admin duties

We’re a laid-back team that values playfulness, curiosity, and genuine connection over perfection. If you’re ready to grow with us—shoot us a message with your dance background and why you’d be a great fit.
